The Our Shout Campaign is our way of saying thank you for everything you do to keep our communities safe, strong, and connected all year round.
Just visit your nearest participating café on 19th December, show your ID or badge, and enjoy a coffee on us - no catch, no sign-up, just gratitude in a cup. You deserve it.

The free “our shout” initiative is open to the following community heroes:

First Responders – including police officers, firefighters, ambulance officers, paramedics, and SES members.

Healthcare Workers – nurses, doctors, aged care workers, and hospital staff.

Registered Volunteers – individuals actively volunteering with recognised charities, community groups, or emergency services (e.g., Red Cross, Lifeline, Meals on Wheels, RSPCA, etc.).

Defence Force Members – currently serving or reserve personnel.
